Rebecca Halfon is a writer / director born and raised in New York City. Her award-winning comedy shorts have screened at film festivals worldwide, including SXSW, and have been Staff Picked on Vimeo and featured on Short of the Week. Her work in the editorial and branded video spaces has garnered millions of views. You should totally hire her.

Most recently, she directed Janeane Garofalo in MY BIRD IS SICK!, a short comedy Executive Produced by Cate Blanchett and Coco Francini. The project was supported by Netflix & Dirty Films’ Proof of Concept Accelerator.

An alumna of Barnard College, she lives in Brooklyn, NY.
